This place is unbelievable. The breakfast burrito hit the spot. Huge burrito. Coffee on point. And the best of all, the pastries looked amazing so I grabbed a pb&j turnover. Its incredible. One of the best pastries ive ever had. This place is awesome and the prices are not bad at all!
There is no reason a cafe of this caliber should be in a gas station. The food is incredible and the staff is very friendly. I hope this place blows up and expands to some stand alone locations.
What a find - fresh pastries and excellent breakfast toasts and sandwiches. Plan to return to try the lunch menu. Wish there was seating, but we made do at the park in the back.
Great cafe for coffee and pastries. The pistachio pinwheel was the star and highly recommended. Don’t expect comfortable chairs to lounge. Effe is in a gas station with take away option only. Don’t let that deter you, the great food and service is worth the trip.
Great foods with a great price Love how they will have different specials going on. Their croissant and sourdough were my favorite items there. They have great focaccia too. Their coffee was great. Would definitely come back again
Effe Cafe is an absolute must try.. and keep coming back, because it is truly addictive! From their fresh buttery croissants to their ever-changing savory specials- Effe Cafe is a true local find. My mom and I have introduced their food to so many people, and it is always a hit. I’d encourage anyone to go in, try something new, and have a nice chat while you wait for some super delicious treats!
The baker is true Italian born. My cappuccino was as good as I’ve had and my croissants were as feuilleté as croissants get. I love this little hidden gem. I’m definitely going back several times a week. I’d never expect it to be inside a Marathon gas station.
I have found my new spot to get authentic Cuban coffee from and will definitely return to this place. I previously used to work in the Miami area and elsewhere but every morning we started our morning with the famous Cuban coffee and delicious pastries from the local shop and after the medical procedures and my disability I have been relaxing and enjoying more time to search for the perfect coffee and the effe cafe on stirling Road in Cooper City has opened my eyes to this Great Memory of Awesome True Cuban Coffee. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, a BLT on a buttery brioche bun, and their strawberries & cream Manizotti, and every single item exceeded expectations. The flavors were layered, balanced, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The crab cake was rich and perfectly seasoned, the BLT tasted gourmet rather than ordinary, and the Manizotti was indulgent without being overly sweet. What impressed me most was how refined everything felt. This isn’t just “good food for a gas station” — this is genuinely high-end café cuisine that could easily compete with established brunch spots and specialty cafés. EFFE Cafe may be new, but it already feels like a hidden gem destined for a loyal following. I’ll absolutely be back — likely every weekend.
